Get the Attention You Need

In a consumer protection matter the goal is a recovery that makes the victim whole again. This requires an understanding of the potential complexities and consequences.

Personal Injury and Consumer Protection often intersect with other areas of law. A simple injury case may intersect with employment and discrimination laws when an employer retaliates against lawful disability accommodations, or for filing a workers compensation claim. Consumer Protection cases may intersect with discrimination, contract, and regulatory authority when companies engage in unfair or deceptive practices that cause harm.

All of my clients receive direct personalized availability including detailed case updates, open and frank conversations about representation, and information on possible next steps. I limit my caseload to have ample time to give each client attentive availability.
